At this level, mass participation is encouraged at all ages.
Rugby at school and junior level provides young players with the opportunity to develop their skills and a love of the game.
At the open age level, country, suburban and women’s Rugby continue to be extremely important elements in the fabric of the game both in New South Wales and on a national scale.
