GENERAL MEMBERSHIP FAQ’S
I am unable to bring up the renewals page to renew my membership online.
This is caused by security settings or firewalls on the computer on which you are operating and is a result of a redirect on our web-site.
Please contact the Membership Team on 1300 733 899 or via membership@nswrugby.com.au for assistance if this problem continues.
How can I update my personal details?
All personal details can now be updated online. To update your personal details:
- Select the Membership link on the NSWRU website
- Click on the update your details link
- Log in with your membership number and password
- Once you have logged in, update your details
- Once completed, click on Update Profile to save changes
I have forgotten my login details.
If you cannot recall your member number or the e-mail address you used when registering your account, please contact the NSWRU Membership Team on 1300 733 899 or email membership@nswrugby.com.au
Am I able to view a stadium map and season fixtures online?
The Sydney Football Stadium and ANZ Stadium venue maps are both available online as well as the 2010 NSWRU Season Fixtures.
For renewing members:
- Log in with your membership number and password
- Please review your membership details and continue.
For new members:
- Click on New Memberships
- Then choose a package from our 2010 Season Memberships.
When will I receive my membership pack?
If you have registered a 2010 Membership with NSWRU your member cards will be mailed out as soon as these arrive – we will keep you posted!
Blue Ribbon, Blue Blood, True Blue & Super Fan Members’ Cards will be produced at the end of November and will be sent in the first weeks of December 2009.
Following the above Season Memberships being mailed out, the TAH Patrol, TRYpacks, Lady Waratah, SupporTAH & TAH Kids Plus will also be sent.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
What is the deadline for membership renewals?
The deadline for membership renewals is Friday 2nd October 2009.
Am I able to renew the same seats that I held during last season?
The following members are able to renew the seats they held during the 2009 season:
- Life Member Gold Package holders
- Blue Blood SEASON Members
- True Blue SEASON Members
- Super Fan SEASON Members
Life Member Silver and Life Member Bronze holders are allocated once all renewals and Gold package holders have been processed. Anyone holding a True Blue Super 14 or Super Fan Super 14 will now have to select a normal True Blue and Super Fan Season package.
I am purchasing an extra package in addition to what I had last year, can this be seated next to my current allocation?
We will try our best to sit you as close to if not next to the seats that you currently hold. This does depend on availability and renewals in their area and we can always look to move your current allocation slightly to accommodate the extra package.
NEW MEMBERSHIPS
Where will my membership seats be allocated?
New memberships will be allocated on a next best available basis once all renewals have been processed. Please refer to the stadium maps for the areas in which each category of membership is allocated.
How do I purchase a membership as a gift?
2010 Season Memberships make the perfect gift. When purchasing a membership, simply enter the name of the person who the membership is for, and we will be sure to place the membership in their name. Otherwise if you require further help in organising a 2010 Waratahs Membership as a gift please forward your details to membership@nswrugby.com.au and one of the Membership Team members will be in contact.
I am purchasing a new membership and have friends who are already members. Can I sit next to them?
We will try our best to sit you as close to if not next to the seats that your friends currently hold. This does depend on availability and renewals in their area.
Otherwise a re- location of the group may be required.
